| CHIANG MAI: cooking class, thai massage lessons & a hill tribe trek! |

| It was rumored to be a smaller town but with a bookish feel to it. A more cultured Bangkok. Turns out most people were right, there were more bookstores per block than I've seen elsewhere. The ability to learn the art of Thai-style cooking, massage, aromatherapy, language and go trekking all from one town makes Chiang Mai a good place to visit when you want to do something productive. Thus, Celene and I took BOTH cooking classes and two separate massage courses! Palm Press whole body and foot massage! Finally, curry doesn't seem to be so much of a mystery to me....it's SO GOOD! |
