Just returned to the mainland from Pulau Kecil, Perhentian Islands, Malaysia. GORGEOUS. yup. Now it's a night in Kota Baru in preparation for a serious travel haul up to Koh Phangyan, an island off the east coast of Thailand. Yeah...more islands. Tough tough tough. There is a full moon party on the 11th that will hopefully be all I expect then it's Koh Tao and then some serious moving through Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. The booze is super expensive here sor the island experience was waaaay laid back and consisted of snorkelling and reading and generally bumming around. I LOVE THE GODDAMNED FOOD. My tastebuds will never be the same. I will no longer be able to handle the dull and ordinary spices of Western life. GIVE ME CURRY! GIVE ME CURRY! or any of the other vast array of spices that are available.
