Ah ha.  I'm currently streamlining my ipod for a smooth ride up to Stockton.  I'm obsessed (what else is new...) with my new crockpot! So far I've made jumbalaya, black bean stew and last night I went all out with a vegan chili.  The kitchen smelled so good when I woke up.  All packed up and excited to ski tomorrow, even if it is on slushy snow.  A little is better than nothing. 

As I'm going through my ipod I realize there are certain songs that I equate with very specific events and periods of my life.  For example, Tegan and Sarah's "Walking with a Ghost" was on full blast last April when I was in the airport headed to Tennessee to visit my Grandma.  That was a highly intense and emotional time.  The Gorillaz "Dare" was from the jungle in Guatemala, Regina Spektor "Samson" from driving back from Santa Cruz...

I'm cautiously optimistic because I've located emails in regards to the UC Berkeley taking my money situation. Score.
